Introductory meeting

In the first introductory meeting we have a discussion with you regarding what kind of talent you need,

to have a better understanding of what we can help you with. Once we got the job description, our internal team will review it and get in touch with you if there is any point that needs to be clarified, to make sure that we can find the perfect fit for your job.

The perfect candidate

After few days we’ll notify you on the status of our search that could end up in one of the following situations:

  1. We have someone in our team ready to go

  2. Someone with the required skills is currently being evaluated

  3. We currently don’t have that kind of candidate but we’ll start immediately to look for one

The software developer joins your team

If you’re happy with our recommendation and you want to go forward,  After signing our term of business document,  the candidate is ready to integrate in your team seamlessly like your own employee.

Trial period

Once the developer has started working we offer a week trial period during which if you’re not completely satisfied you can decide to replace the candidate and start the whole process all over again at no cost or you can walk away and you won’t be liable for any payment.
