Our Screening Process
Communication
The first thing that we test is the English communication level both written and spoken. We also do a psychological evaluation to understand the person's character.
Before been able to work with us each candidate has to perform a series of very thorough tests to verify his/her ability to perform the required tasks at a certain level;
Skill test
Second we test the candidate's technical knowledge and problem-solving through out an accurate evaluation. Each candidate need to reach a minimum acceptable score in every software subject directly related to his speciality.
One to one Evaluation
In the last test we provide specific live exercises: one of our experts propose to the candidate an exercise so we can straight away evaluate the train of thought that the candidate follows to solve the problem.
